What’s in the box
Your bespoke Adorn window film will come complete with easy to follow printed fitting instructions to help you ensure a perfect finish. We also recommend that you take the time to view our step by step video fitting guide; you can find this at the bottom of each product page. Also included with your order is a free application squeegee; this is used towards the end of the process to remove any remaining moisture from under your Adorn window film.

We endeavour to ensure that your Adorn window film is despatched within 2 working days of placing your order. Each order is a custom creation, and our print and graphics team take care to check every piece of Adorn window film before it leaves us. We will work as hard as we can to get your film to you as soon as possible, but we firmly believe it is worth taking the time to ensure that your film is perfect before sending it. To ensure a swift and secure delivery, each Adorn window film order is delivered via courier. Please be aware that for your security, a signature will be required on delivery. If you are not going to be able to sign for your Adorn window film delivery, please let us know and confirm alternative delivery details or a safe place to leave your Adorn window film.
While we do everything we can to ensure your window film arrives with you in perfect condition, please do contact us immediately if your film appears to have been damaged in transit. Please do not attempt to fit the film if it appears to be imperfect; in this case please call us on 01494 799910 and we will advise as to the next steps. Attempting to fit damaged film before speaking to us directly may result in us not being able to offer a replacement.
If your film is faulty or had been damaged in transit Adorn will offer a replacement, but you must contact us before attempting to fit the film. We regret that we cannot offer a replacement if installation has been attempted without prior discussion with a member of the Adorn team.
